一、单位职能:

(一)承(cheng)担研究全(quan)面依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)国、省(sheng)委(wei)依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)省(sheng)、市委(wei)依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)市决策部署的贯彻(che)落实措施(shi),组织开展全(quan)面依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)县(xian)(xian)重(zhong)大问(wen)题的政策研究,协(xie)调有关方面提出全(quan)面依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)县(xian)(xian)中(zhong)长期(qi)规划建议(yi),负责党中(zhong)央全(quan)面依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)国、省(sheng)委(wei)依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)省(sheng)、市委(wei)全(quan)面依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)市和县(xian)(xian)委(wei)全(quan)面依(yi)法(fa)(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)县(xian)(xian)重(zhong)大决策部署督察工作。

(二)承(cheng)担(dan)统筹(chou)规(gui)划(hua)规(gui)范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)件制(zhi)定工作责(ze)(ze)任。协调有关(guan)部(bu)门提出年度规(gui)范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)件制(zhi)定工作计划(hua)的建议,负(fu)责(ze)(ze)跟踪了解各部(bu)门对规(gui)范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)件制(zhi)定工作计划(hua)的落实情(qing)况,加强组(zu)织协调和(he)督(du)促指导,研(yan)究提出规(gui)范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)件制(zhi)定与(yu)改革决策(ce)相衔接的意见、措施。负(fu)责(ze)(ze)面向社会征集建议。

(三)负责(ze)起草(cao)或组织起草(cao)有关规(gui)范性文件(jian)制(zhi)定草(cao)案。承办各部(bu)门报(bao)送县政府的规(gui)范性文件(jian)草(cao)案的审查工作(zuo)。负责(ze)规(gui)范性文件(jian)制(zhi)定协(xie)调。

(四)承(cheng)办县(xian)政府(fu)规范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)(wen)件(jian)的解释(shi)、制定后(hou)评(ping)估工作。负责协(xie)调(diao)各(ge)乡(镇)人民(min)政府(fu)、街道办事处和各(ge)部(bu)门实施(shi)规范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)(wen)件(jian)制定中的有(you)关争议和问题。承(cheng)办县(xian)政府(fu)规范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)(wen)件(jian)编(bian)纂工作。组织开展规范性(xing)(xing)文(wen)(wen)件(jian)清理工作。

(五)承(cheng)(cheng)担(dan)统(tong)筹推进(jin)法(fa)(fa)治政(zheng)(zheng)府建设的责(ze)任。指(zhi)导(dao)、监(jian)督(du)县人(ren)民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府各部门、乡(xiang)(镇(zhen))人(ren)民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府和街道(dao)办(ban)事处依法(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)工作(zuo)。负责(ze)综合协调行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)执法(fa)(fa),承(cheng)(cheng)担(dan)推进(jin)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)执法(fa)(fa)体制改革有(you)关工作(zuo),推进(jin)严格(ge)规范公正文明执法(fa)(fa)。负责(ze)县人(ren)民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)复议工作(zuo),承(cheng)(cheng)担(dan)县人(ren)民(min)政(zheng)(zheng)府行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)复议和行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)应(ying)诉(su)案(an)件(jian)办(ban)理工作(zuo),指(zhi)导(dao)、监(jian)督(du)全(quan)县行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)复议和行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)应(ying)诉(su)工作(zuo)。指(zhi)导(dao)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)赔偿工作(zuo)。

(六)负责(ze)县(xian)(xian)委、县(xian)(xian)人(ren)(ren)民政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)、县(xian)(xian)人(ren)(ren)民政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)办公(gong)室行政(zheng)(zheng)规范(fan)性(xing)文件出台前的合法性(xing)审查工作(zuo)。负责(ze)县(xian)(xian)人(ren)(ren)民政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)各部(bu)门、直属机构、各乡(镇)人(ren)(ren)民政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)和街道办事处行政(zheng)(zheng)规范(fan)性(xing)文件的备案审查工作(zuo)。指导全县(xian)(xian)行政(zheng)(zheng)规范(fan)性(xing)文件监(jian)督管(guan)理工作(zuo)。

(七)负责县(xian)委、县(xian)人民政府(fu)(fu)法(fa)律(lv)(lv)顾(gu)问(wen)(wen)工作。参(can)与县(xian)人民政府(fu)(fu)重大(da)项(xiang)目决策论证,为(wei)(wei)县(xian)人民政府(fu)(fu)重大(da)经济(ji)和(he)社会管理活动(dong)提供法(fa)律(lv)(lv)咨询、法(fa)律(lv)(lv)审核和(he)法(fa)律(lv)(lv)服(fu)务(wu)(wu)。承办县(xian)人民政府(fu)(fu)作为(wei)(wei)民事主体涉及的有关法(fa)律(lv)(lv)事务(wu)(wu)。县(xian)人民政府(fu)(fu)法(fa)律(lv)(lv)顾(gu)问(wen)(wen)室设在(zai)县(xian)司(si)法(fa)局(ju)。

(八)承担统(tong)筹规(gui)划法(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)社(she)会建(jian)设(she)(she)责任(ren)。负责拟订法(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宣传(chuan)教育规(gui)划,组织实施(shi)法(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宣传(chuan)工(gong)作(zuo),组织对外法(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宣传(chuan)。推动(dong)人民(min)参(can)与和(he)(he)促(cu)进(jin)法(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)建(jian)设(she)(she)。指导(dao)依法(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理和(he)(he)法(fa)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)创建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)。指导(dao)调(diao)解(jie)工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)(he)人民(min)陪审员(yuan)、人民(min)监督员(yuan)选任(ren)管理工(gong)作(zuo),推进(jin)司法(fa)所(suo)建(jian)设(she)(she)。   

(九)负责指导、管(guan)理(li)全县(xian)社(she)区矫正工作和刑(xing)满释放人员(yuan)安置帮教(jiao)工作。

(十)负(fu)责拟定公共法(fa)律服务(wu)(wu)体系建(jian)设(she)规划并指导(dao)(dao)实施,统筹布局(ju)城乡、区域法(fa)律服务(wu)(wu)资源。指导(dao)(dao)、监督律师(shi)、法(fa)律援助、司法(fa)鉴定、公证和(he)基层(ceng)法(fa)律服务(wu)(wu)管理(li)工作。

(十一(yi))负责全县参加国家(jia)统(tong)(tong)一(yi)法律职业资(zi)格考(kao)试人员的(de)资(zi)格初审(shen)及相关资(zi)料报送、统(tong)(tong)计工作。

(十二)负责(ze)县司法行政系(xi)统(tong)执(zhi)法执(zhi)勤(qin)专用(yong)车辆(liang)管理工(gong)作,指导(dao)、监督本系(xi)统(tong)财务(wu)、装(zhuang)备、设施、场所等保障工(gong)作。

(十三)规划、协调、指导(dao)法治人才队(dui)伍建设(she)相关(guan)工(gong)作,指导(dao)、监督本系统队(dui)伍建设(she)。按(an)干部管理权限负(fu)责(ze)相关(guan)干部管理工(gong)作。

(十(shi)四)结合部门职责,做好扶贫(pin)开发等相关工(gong)作。加大科(ke)技投入,提高(gao)科(ke)技创(chuang)新(xin)能力,为推进创(chuang)新(xin)驱动(dong)发展提供(gong)保(bao)障。负(fu)责本部门、本行(xing)业领域的安全生产和消(xiao)防安全工(gong)作。按规定做好大数据发展应用(yong)和政务数据资源管理(li)相关工(gong)作。

(十五)完成县委、县政(zheng)府和市(shi)司法局交办的其(qi)他任务。

(十六)职责调整情况:将(jiang)原县人(ren)民政府法(fa)制办(ban)公室职责划入县司(si)法(fa)局。

(一(yi))办(ban)公(gong)室(信(xin)息(xi)办(ban)、指(zhi)挥(hui)中心)。负(fu)责(ze)处(chu)理(li)局(ju)机(ji)关(guan)日常政(zheng)务(wu)(wu)和事务(wu)(wu)。负(fu)责(ze)文(wen)电、会务(wu)(wu)、新闻宣传、大数据应(ying)用、机(ji)要(yao)、调(diao)研、档案(an)、督(du)办(ban)、政(zheng)务(wu)(wu)公(gong)开和政(zheng)务(wu)(wu)数据资源管理(li)、统(tong)(tong)计、保密(mi)、信(xin)访、建议提(ti)案(an)等(deng)机(ji)关(guan)日常运转工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。承担(dan)局(ju)机(ji)关(guan)重要(yao)文(wen)稿、公(gong)文(wen)的组织起(qi)草、审核工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和信(xin)息(xi)报送工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。承担(dan)拟订(ding)司法行政(zheng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)中长期(qi)规(gui)划(hua)、重大政(zheng)策工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。承担(dan)推进司法行政(zheng)改革(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。承担(dan)本系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)应(ying)急调(diao)度、协(xie)调(diao)、指(zhi)挥(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。承担(dan)收集并报告本系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)重要(yao)动态信(xin)息(xi),分(fen)析研判影响社会稳定(ding)形势,协(xie)调(diao)处(chu)理(li)本系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)重大案(an)件和事件。承担(dan)局(ju)机(ji)关(guan)安全生产(chan)、安全保卫、公(gong)务(wu)(wu)车辆(liang)管理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。承担(dan)局(ju)机(ji)关(guan)的公(gong)务(wu)(wu)接(jie)待工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。承担(dan)本系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)信(xin)息(xi)化建设(she)和发(fa)展规(gui)划(hua)。指(zhi)导本系(xi)(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)通信(xin)技术网(wang)络(luo)建设(she),承担(dan)局(ju)机(ji)关(guan)信(xin)息(xi)网(wang)络(luo)建设(she)维护工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

(十一(yi))派(pai)出机(ji)构。各乡(xiang)镇(zhen)(街(jie)道)分别(bie)设司(si)(si)法(fa)(fa)(fa)所,为(wei)县司(si)(si)法(fa)(fa)(fa)局派(pai)出正股级行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)机(ji)构,受(shou)县司(si)(si)法(fa)(fa)(fa)局领(ling)导和管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。其(qi)职(zhi)责(ze)是:指导管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)辖区内人民(min)(min)调(diao)解工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),参(can)与调(diao)解疑难(nan)、复杂民(min)(min)间纠纷;承担社(she)区矫正日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),开展对(dui)社(she)区服(fu)刑人员(yuan)的管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、教(jiao)育和帮助(zhu);指导管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)基(ji)层法(fa)(fa)(fa)律(lv)服(fu)务工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);协(xie)调(diao)有关(guan)部门和单(dan)位开展对(dui)刑满释放人员(yuan)的安(an)置帮教(jiao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);组织开展普法(fa)(fa)(fa)宣(xuan)传(chuan)教(jiao)育和基(ji)层依法(fa)(fa)(fa)治理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),为(wei)乡(xiang)(镇(zhen))人民(min)(min)政(zheng)府、街(jie)道办(ban)事处依法(fa)(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)、依法(fa)(fa)(fa)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)提供法(fa)(fa)(fa)律(lv)意见和建议(yi);协(xie)助(zhu)基(ji)层政(zheng)府处理(li)(li)(li)社(she)会(hui)矛(mao)盾纠纷;参(can)与社(she)会(hui)治安(an)综(zong)合治理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);完(wan)成上级司(si)(si)法(fa)(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)政(zheng)机(ji)关(guan)和乡(xiang)(镇(zhen))人民(min)(min)政(zheng)府、街(jie)道办(ban)事处交办(ban)的维护社(she)会(hui)稳(wen)定的有关(guan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。

    三、公证办理程序:

    1、申(shen)    请:当(dang)事人(ren)到公证处(chu)填写申(shen)请表格,提交身份证明(ming)等相关(guan)证明(ming)材料,被证明(ming)的法律文书应提交原件;

    2、受理(li)、登记:对(dui)于(yu)符合公证条件的(de)申请予以(yi)受理(li),并制作谈话笔(bi)录;

    3、审(shen)查(cha)、审(shen)批(pi):公证(zheng)员(yuan)对公证(zheng)事项(xiang)全面审(shen)查(cha)后认为符合(he)出证(zheng)条件的,起草(cao)公证(zheng)书,填写审(shen)批(pi)表(biao),报处领导(dao)审(shen)批(pi);

    4、出    证:经处领导审核批准后出具(ju)公证书(shu);

    5、交公证费:公证员按收费标(biao)准填(tian)开票(piao)据,当(dang)事人持票(piao)到财(cai)务处交纳公证费;

6、验    收(shou):当事人对公(gong)证(zheng)(zheng)书(shu)核(he)对无(wu)误后,在(zai)送达(da)回证(zheng)(zheng)上签字后即可(ke)领取公(gong)证(zheng)(zheng)书(shu)。

四、法律援(yuan)助(zhu)申请(qing)

    1、根据国务院《法(fa)(fa)(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助条(tiao)例》和(he)《贵州(zhou)省法(fa)(fa)(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助条(tiao)例》的规(gui)定,公民申请法(fa)(fa)(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助的,应按(an)照下列(lie)规(gui)定提出:

  (1)请求国(guo)家赔偿的,向赔偿义务机关所在地的法律(lv)援助机构提出申请;

  (2)请求给予社会(hui)保险待(dai)遇(yu)、最低生活(huo)保障待(dai)遇(yu)或者(zhe)请求发(fa)给抚恤(xu)金(jin)(jin)、救济金(jin)(jin)的(de),向(xiang)提供社会(hui)保险待(dai)遇(yu)、最低生活(huo)保障待(dai)遇(yu)或者(zhe)发(fa)给抚恤(xu)金(jin)(jin)、救济金(jin)(jin)的(de)义务(wu)机(ji)关(guan)所在(zai)地的(de)法律援助机(ji)构提求申请;

   (3)请求(qiu)给付赡(shan)养(yang)(yang)(yang)费、抚养(yang)(yang)(yang)费、扶(fu)(fu)养(yang)(yang)(yang)费的(de)(de)(de),向给付赡(shan)养(yang)(yang)(yang)费、抚养(yang)(yang)(yang)费、扶(fu)(fu)养(yang)(yang)(yang)费的(de)(de)(de)义(yi)务(wu)人住(zhu)所地的(de)(de)(de)法律援助机构提(ti)(ti)出申请;请示支付劳动报酬(chou)的(de)(de)(de),向支付劳动报酬(chou)的(de)(de)(de)义(yi)务(wu)人住(zhu)所地的(de)(de)(de)法律援助机构提(ti)(ti)出申请;

   (4)请(qing)求支(zhi)付劳动(dong)(dong)报(bao)酬(chou)(chou)的,向(xiang)支(zhi)付劳动(dong)(dong)报(bao)酬(chou)(chou)的义务人住所(suo)地的法(fa)律援助机构提出(chu)申请(qing);

   (5)主张因见义勇为(wei)行为(wei)产生的(de)民事权益的(de),向被请求人住所地的(de)法律援(yuan)助(zhu)机构提(ti)出申请;

   (6)其(qi)他(ta)需要法(fa)律(lv)(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)的(de)事项,属(shu)非指定辩护人(ren)的(de)刑事诉讼(song)案件(jian)和其(qi)他(ta)诉讼(song)案件(jian)的(de)法(fa)律(lv)(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu),由申请(qing)(qing)(qing)人(ren)向(xiang)有管辖权(quan)的(de)人(ren)民法(fa)院(yuan)所在地或(huo)者(zhe)申请(qing)(qing)(qing)人(ren)住所地的(de)法(fa)律(lv)(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)机构提出申请(qing)(qing)(qing);属(shu)非诉讼(song)法(fa)律(lv)(lv)事务,由申请(qing)(qing)(qing)人(ren)向(xiang)住所地或(huo)者(zhe)工作单位所在地的(de)法(fa)律(lv)(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)机构提出申请(qing)(qing)(qing)。

    2、刑(xing)事诉讼中有(you)下列情形之一的,公民可以向审理案件的人民法(fa)院所在地的法(fa)律援助机构提出申请:

    (1)犯罪嫌疑人在被侦查机关第一次讯问后(hou)或者采取强制措施之(zhi)日起,因经济困(kun)难没(mei)有(you)聘请律师的;

    (2)公诉(su)案件中(zhong)的(de)(de)被害人及其法定代理(li)人或者近亲属,自案件移送审查起诉(su)之日起,因经济困难(nan)没(mei)有委托诉(su)讼代理(li)人的(de)(de);

    (3)自(zi)诉(su)案(an)件的自(zi)诉(su)人及其法定代(dai)理(li)(li)人,自(zi)案(an)件被人民法院受理(li)(li)之(zhi)日起,因(yin)经济困难(nan)没有委托(tuo)诉(su)讼代(dai)理(li)(li)人的。

     被羁押(ya)的犯罪嫌疑人的申(shen)请(qing)由看(kan)守所在24小时内转交法(fa)律援助(zhu)机构,申(shen)请(qing)法(fa)律援助(zhu)所需提交的有(you)关证(zheng)件、证(zheng)明材(cai)料由看(kan)守所通知申(shen)请(qing)人的法(fa)定代理人或者近(jin)亲属协(xie)助(zhu)办理。

    3、申(shen)请人(ren)(ren)(ren)为(wei)(wei)无(wu)民(min)事行为(wei)(wei)能力人(ren)(ren)(ren)或(huo)者限制民(min)事行为(wei)(wei)能力人(ren)(ren)(ren)的,由其(qi)法(fa)定(ding)(ding)代(dai)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)代(dai)为(wei)(wei)提出(chu)申(shen)请,无(wu)民(min)事行为(wei)(wei)能力或(huo)者限制民(min)事行为(wei)(wei)能力人(ren)(ren)(ren)与其(qi)法(fa)定(ding)(ding)代(dai)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)之间发生(sheng)诉讼(song)或(huo)者因其(qi)他利益纠纷需要法(fa)律(lv)援助的,由与该(gai)争议(yi)事项无(wu)利害(hai)关系的其(qi)他法(fa)定(ding)(ding)代(dai)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)代(dai)为(wei)(wei)提出(chu)申(shen)请。

    4、公民申(shen)请法律援(yuan)助应当按(an)要求填写《法律援(yuan)助申(shen)请表》,并提交下列证(zheng)件、证(zheng)明(ming)材(cai)料。

    (1)本人有(you)效(xiao)的身份证(zheng)明;

    (2)经济(ji)困(kun)难证明;

    (3)与申请法律援助事项的有关案件材料;

    (4)法律援助机(ji)构认为需要(yao)提(ti)供的其(qi)他材料;

    (5)代理或(huo)代为(wei)申(shen)请法律援助的,应提交代理权资格的证明(ming)。

    五(wu)、申请法律援助程序:

    1、申  请:当(dang)事人到法律(lv)援助(zhu)机(ji)构(gou)领取并(bing)(bing)按要求填写《法律(lv)援助(zhu)申请表(biao)》;将填写好的《法律(lv)援助(zhu)申请表(biao)》及有关证明资料交法律(lv)援助(zhu)机(ji)构(gou)工作(zuo)人员(yuan),办理申请登记,如实(shi)(shi)向(xiang)工作(zuo)人员(yuan)叙述事实(shi)(shi)经过并(bing)(bing)回答(da)有关提问。

    2、受理审查:法律(lv)援助(zhu)机构自收(shou)到(dao)申(shen)请(qing)之日(ri)起五日(ri)内,按照有(you)关规(gui)定进行(xing)审查。

    3、决定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding):法(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)机构经(jing)过(guo)审(shen)查,根据不(bu)(bu)同(tong)情况(kuang)作(zuo)出(chu)(chu)下列决定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding):(1)对符(fu)合条件的(de),作(zuo)出(chu)(chu)同(tong)意提供(gong)法(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)的(de)决定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),并(bing)书面通(tong)知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)受援(yuan)人(ren)。受援(yuan)人(ren)在(zai)收(shou)到通(tong)知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(hou)三日(ri)内(nei)到指(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)单位办理授权委(wei)托(tuo)书,明确(que)法(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)的(de)形式、授权事(shi)项、范围和期限。(2)对不(bu)(bu)符(fu)合条件的(de),作(zuo)出(chu)(chu)不(bu)(bu)予法(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)的(de)决定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),并(bing)书面通(tong)知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)申请(qing)人(ren)。申请(qing)人(ren)对决定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)有异议的(de),可在(zai)收(shou)到通(tong)知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)书次日(ri)起(qi)五日(ri)内(nei)向该法(fa)律(lv)援(yuan)助(zhu)机构所属的(de)司法(fa)行政部门(men)申请(qing)重(zhong)新审(shen)议,司法(fa)行政机构自收(shou)到申请(qing)之日(ri)起(qi)五日(ri)内(nei)作(zuo)出(chu)(chu)决定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),并(bing)书面通(tong)知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)申请(qing)人(ren)。

    4、提(ti)供法律(lv)(lv)(lv)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)助(zhu):法律(lv)(lv)(lv)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)助(zhu)机构(gou)对(dui)决定(ding)法律(lv)(lv)(lv)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)助(zhu)的事项,在五日内指派法律(lv)(lv)(lv)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)助(zhu)人员(yuan)承(cheng)办。承(cheng)办人员(yuan)应按照有关规定(ding),承(cheng)担(dan)法律(lv)(lv)(lv)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)助(zhu)义(yi)务,尽责尽职为受援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)人提(ti)供帮助(zhu)。
